In the event of a no-show or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, I charge a 30% cancelation fee. If you paid a deposit to reserve your appointment and no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, that deposit is non-refundable and will be considered your cancelation fee. In the event of unforeseen sickness/circumstances or emergencies, this policy may be waived if proper communication is used. I reserve the right to enforce this policy at my discretion.
